Breakfast: was too fast. I just grabbed some lemon water and an apple. But wasn’t really that hungry for them either.
Lunch: for all of you that attended the second day of the CrossFit Sectionals at Moss Park Armories, I cooked chicken lots of chicken….. Lots and lots and lots of chicken. So I hand about four chicken breasts. Ad some almonds. And then some more chicken.
Dinner: Was fruit lots of fruit. I should have made a fruit salad but just ate it plain.
Had me some carrots, apples, oranges, nectarine and watermelon. Tasted great but I was wired for the next hour then crashed hard. Goes to show you even if its not the granular sugar there’s still plenty of sugar in certain fruits, so be wary of what you eat and when.
