    Some of us were talking and we thought it would be cool to attempt the Regional workouts once they are announced. Do everything the way we would have done it had we actaully MADE it to the regionals. Not a big thing that requires any organization, just…show up if you want to do it – and do it in the same time frame (over 2 days)
    We can do most of the stuff at the gym we work at, but maybe it would be something you’d want to offer to your crossfitters over the course of a weekend…just to see where we’d stack up

    I’m just saying…I’d rather attempt it at an actaul crossfit gym than here…

    p.s. I’m pretty sure I’m going to do up the “fight gone bad” today!!

    whats the drag for the row…whatever I want?
