Dec 31 New Years Eve 10am-2pm
Jan 1st New Years Day 11am-12pm
For those of you who can’t make it in on the 25th and need a little family fun “at-home” workout, give this one a shot! We won’t be tracking this in Beyond the Whiteboard , but feel free to leave your results in the comments of on our Facebook page!

- 15 Knuckles-to-Toes (or sit-ups)
