The 2019 Crossfit Games Open is done, finished, complete!! At this point some of you have no doubt noticed just how far you’ve come from last year’s open, or maybe even improvements from last months numbers and PR’s.  Some may have identified areas you’d like to work on, skills and movements you’d like to hone in and really work towards improving.Good news warriors! It’s April Goal setting Madness at Colossuem!

We will be holding a goal setting seminar on Saturday April 27 at 1pm.

So start those goal setting engines and turn your minds towards where you want to focus your attention.

Why do we goal set?  Top-level athletes, successful businesspeople and achievers in all fields all set goalsSetting goals gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation . It focuses your acquisition of knowledge, and helps you to organize your time and your resources so that you can make the most of your efforts.

So start thinking about what you want to improve!!  Do you want to really work on your pull ups? Maybe want to hit a certain number on your back squat ?

Our seminar will focus on setting Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound goals (SMART) to ensure your success and ability to continue to grow as an athlete.

Now is the right time to start thinking about what goals you’d like to set for yourself and bring these ideas with you to our seminar so you and the coaches can start laying the ground work for your goal setting and later this year your goal achievements!
