What to Wear
Bring your workout clothes as you will be doing a “Baseline” workout.
Details
The rationale of our INTRO training session is to give you a chance to learn more about our program and to experience a BASELINE CrossFit workout. It also allows us to serve you better by identifying your goals, expectations and fitness level. After your INTRO session, you can choose from the several membership options available.
The Baseline is timed and includes:
500m Row, 40 Air Squats, 30 Sit ups, 20 Push ups, 10 Pull ups (Your coach will demo each exercise and scale them to your capabilities)
