Getting Started

Interested in CrossFit, but not sure if it’s right for you? Come in and check us out at a free intro session. No strings and no obligations.

We’ll show you around the gym, explain the fundamentals of CrossFit and answer any questions you may have. We’ll explain the principles of CrossFit, and about how things like nutrition, sleeping habits and all around health are improved. Then we’ll take you through a workout. Relax – everyone does it and it’s really easy.


BASELINE – THE WORKOUT

This is a timed trial and is used only as a benchmark for you, as a way to track your improvement. The goal is to see where your fitness level is today and then 3 months from today. The workout is completely scalable for ALL fitness levels. If you can’t do one of the movements now, don’t sweat it! Everything can be adjusted to your ability. We use a variety of support accessories to help anyone who needs it.
