Classes begin sharply at the top of the hour, every hour.
Moving to Phase 3 you can expect the following changes:
We have 18 workout spots per class and 8 for open gym in the back. You must sign up for classes using Rhinofit (if you do not sign up you will not be able to take part in the class)
CrossFit Classes and Open Gym
6am, 7am and 8am – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
6am and 8am Wednesday and Friday
12pm, 5pm and 6pm – Monday to Friday
10am Saturday and Sunday
Olympic Lifting with Coach Brandon
Thursday 6:30 – 8pm
Saturdays 7:30 – 9:00am
