Classes begin sharply at the top of the hour, every hour.

Moving to Phase 3 you can expect the following changes:

We have 18 workout spots per class and 8 for open gym in the back.  You must sign up for classes using Rhinofit (if you do not sign up you will not be able to take part in the class)

CrossFit Classes (1 Hour)

Monday-Friday 6am,10am, 12pm, 5pm and 7pm.

Saturday-Sunday 9am and 11am.

Virtual Mobility Class

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7pm.

Olympic Lifting

Saturday 7:30-9am.

Open Gym

While take place at the same time as classes.
