Taught by Chris Hinshaw, one of the top endurance coaches in the world, CrossFit Aerobic Capacity is a one-day course that helps coaches and athletes create a more robust and efficient aerobic system. Raise your performance levels and gain a better understanding of how to develop your cardiovascular capacity. Chris is the founder of Aerobic Capacity and coach to some of the top athletes at the CrossFit Games. He is dedicated to helping athletes and coaches develop their aerobic capacity and perform at their best.

How were you introduced to CrossFit & How long have you been doing CrossFit? What made you decide to join our Gym?:

About 10 years ago, I was introduced to CF by walking into one and asking what is this all about. My girlfriend at the time now my baby momma asked me to come and workout with her there.

Favourite Lifts/ Wods? Why?:
Grace, Ghost and maybe Karen because Iโ€™m kind of decent in any of those movements

3 Things you would find in my fridge?:
Grapefruit, JRโ€™s chocolate, and my mothers wine..
 
What is your guilty pleasure?:
My guilty pleasure is dancing in the kitchen while preparing dinner with my headphones on listening to Justin Bieber. Donโ€™t judge me
 
Proudest Accomplishments:
My proudest accomplishment is watching Hope everyday and having this amazing life with my family.

#Warriors, a reminder that tomorrow is Good Friday and as a result we'll be shortening our gym hours. WODs will run at 9am and 10am only. We will resume regular times on Saturday, April 16.

To string your DUs together:

How were you introduced to CrossFit & How long have you been doing CrossFit? What made you decide to join our Gym?
My Dad joined CFC in late 2018. He was always telling me about what he was doing and then I learned about Coach Aimee and CrossFit Kids. I did that a few times at the gym, and then when COVID happened I switched to her online classes. And they are awesome! That got me hooked.

Then through Coach Aimeeโ€™s classes I learned a lot, got better and realized how much fun it is. And the bonus is it helps me as a ski racer. 

Favourite Lifts/ Wods? Why?
Deadlift because I love lifting a lot of weight.

3 Things you would find in my fridge?
Itโ€™s not my fridge so the things in it are whatever my parents buy.
 
Proudest Accomplishments:
Right now, because I just finished my season, it would have to be how well I did all year in ski racing. My skiing improved significantly this year and Iโ€™m really happy about that. And really looking forward to next season. (And my dad said I might get to go to a pre-season training camp!)
 
Something people wouldnโ€™t know about me:
Iโ€™m awesome at knitting and crocheting. 

What music I like listening to while working out:
Alternative rock or dance music. I donโ€™t really pay attention to the music.
