Small actions, words of support, a gentle pat on the back. All of these are the actions you find when you find a great community. CrossFit Colosseum is a great community to be a part of.
Now, step back a second and let’s look at the word “great”.
Webster’s definition of the word “great” is “of an extent, amount, or intensity considerably above the normal or average.”
The community here, the one that has grown for over fourteen years, has made its way through the challenges of recession, COVID, and others to find itself here today stronger than ever. The doors have stayed open by, not only the relentless energy of its owners, but by the neverending greatness of its members who kept its doors open no matter what.
The members here have raised our best to the greatest of our pinnacle of our sport, and got people through challenges and adversity. We have shown that CrossFit, at its core, is a community that pushes the best and supports everyone who takes on its challenges.
CrossFit Colosseum has been the launching ground for athletes to challenge themselves from tough mudders right up to the Boston Marathon.
The coaches have come from backgrounds ranging from firefighter, professional musician, right up to one of the most successful Canadian CrossFit athletes ever.
To find a total of pounds lost, pounds of muscle gained, and liters of sweat created by over five thousand WODs rolled out over the last fourteen years would be impossible.
Paul and Irina have created a place to work out, find friends, fight your demons, and make a better place for yourself in this world.
CrossFit Colosseum is a place for your family, your friends, and even your pet as long as its on leash.

At the end of the day for me, when my daughters have trained here, my wife and I have our dates here, and I find my peace here, this is a truly great place to be.
