How were you introduced to CrossFit & How long have you been doing CrossFit? 

I started CrossFit almost a year and a half ago. I was always more into intense workouts, like weight lifting and HIIT rather than yoga. I saw my friend crushing it on instagram that I got that “I gotta try this” feeling. 

What made you decide to join our Gym?

I found a few CrossFit gyms around my area and went to see them all. Honestly, when I went to see our gym, it was love at first sight. I love the warehouse feel to it. Plus, the people seemed very supportive and fun to be around.

Favourite Lifts/ WODs? Why?

Gotta say rowing and deadlifts are my favourite! Rowing gives me that crazy good workout feeling, and I feel like a champ every time. And deadlifts for those 🍑 gains.

3 Things you would find in my fridge?

Hot sauce, baby! I put that stuff on everything. Also boiled eggs and mayo. 

What is your guilty pleasure?

Chocolate 🍫 

Proudest Accomplishments?

Double unders! I thought I couldn’t do them, but one day, boom! I knocked out 10 in a row, and I was over the moon.

Something people wouldn’t know about me?

I’m an early bird, but I’ve never had a single cup of coffee. It just doesn’t do it for me.
