Rosa’s life motto? “I work out, so I can eat.”  When not enjoying rowing, or deadlifts, you’ll find Rosa belting out tunes during any given WOD, much to the delight (or dismay) of fellow gym-goers.

A natural-born leader, Rosa has a knack for rallying the troops and turning every workout session into a team-building extravaganza. Whether it’s outpacing the competition or building team spirit, Rosa’s energy is as contagious as her love for post-workout pizza.

Having spent last year’s season as Assistant to the Co-Co-Captains, Chris Bagnell has successfully shattered the glass ceiling meant to impede the ascension of the follicly endowed, rising to the role of Co Co Captain of this year’s Spartan Squad.

Chris brings 13 years of experience breathing dog hair and chalk dust at CrossFit Colosseum, skills of dubious utility in this position, but is eager to support the other Spartan co captains and teammates throughout the 2026 season.

Known for her unmistakable booming voice and a lighthearted approach to fitness, Robin is the kind of teammate who lifts everyone’s spirits and keeps the vibe fun and motivating. Whether it’s cheering on her squad as they crush their workouts or throwing in some humor to lighten the mood, Robin is always there to support and inspire. Her personal motto? “What would Rania do? Since then, she has fully embraced the community, the challenges, and the victories that come with it.
