GLUTIATORS CAPTAINS

Rosa da Silva
TEAM CAPTAIN
Meet Rosa, the ultimate CrossFit Colosseum enthusiast who believes in the sacred balance of calories in and calories out. Rosa’s life motto? “I work out, so I can eat.” When not enjoying rowing, or deadlifts, you’ll find Rosa belting out tunes during any given WOD, much to the delight (or dismay) of fellow gym-goers.
A natural-born leader, Rosa has a knack for rallying the troops and turning every workout session into a team-building extravaganza. Whether it’s outpacing the competition or building team spirit, Rosa’s energy is as contagious as her love for post-workout pizza.

Sara da Silva
TEAM CAPTAIN
Sara is thrilled to be competing in her second CrossFit Open and is ready to bring her energy and enthusiasm to the Glutiators team. She’s excited to cheer on her teammates as they tackle challenging WODs and showcase their incredible progress 💪. Watching everyone push their limits and achieve new milestones is what makes the Open so special for her.
When it comes to her favorite movements, Sara is always eager for any workout featuring push presses or deadlifts—two exercises where she feels she can truly shine.
Her motto? “Just one more rep!” It’s a reminder to keep pushing forward, even when the going gets tough.

Bianca Domingues
TEAM CAPTAIN
Her motto? “You will never know your limits unless you push yourself to them”
