Getting Started

Interested in CrossFit, but not sure if itโ€™s right for you? Come in and check us out at a free intro session. No strings and no obligations.

Weโ€™ll show you around the gym, explain the fundamentals of CrossFit and answer any questions you may have. Weโ€™ll explain the principles of CrossFit, and about how things like nutrition, sleeping habits and all around health are improved. Then weโ€™ll take you through a workout. Relax โ€“ everyone does it and itโ€™s really easy.

BASELINE – THE WORKOUT

This is a timed trial and is used only as a benchmark for you, as a way to track your improvement. The goal is to see where your fitness level is today and then 3 months from today. The workout is completely scalable for ALL fitness levels. If you canโ€™t do one of the movements now, donโ€™t sweat it! Everything can be adjusted to your ability. We use a variety of support accessories to help anyone who needs it.
