Kicking off the #newyear and celebrating a new #warrior! Give a warm hello to Giuliano Martins, a physiotherapist and osteopath! He has been a CFC member for the last year. Get to know him a little more below and drop him a hello the next time you see him at the gym 👋

How were you introduced to CrossFit and how long have you been practicing CrossFit?

I started doing Crossfit in 2018. A friend invited me to a class because he knew I liked dynamic and competitive sports.

What made you decide to join our gym?

I arrived in Toronto just a year ago and searched for Crossfit boxes near my home.

Favorite lifts/WODs? Why?

I really like the Clean and all the gymnastic exercises. My favorite WOD is Murph and all those with Ring Muscle Up and Bar muscle Up.

3 Things you’d find in my fridge?

Fruit (especially kiwi), milk and beer.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Chocolate

Your greatest achievements?

Building my company (clinic) in Brazil with approximately 17 Physiotherapists in my team and recently immigrating to Canada with my family.

Something people wouldn’t know about me?

I also have a degree in Electronic Technology, and I dream of living on a farm, surrounded by animals and lots of trees.

What music do I like to listen to while I’m working out?

Country rock
