Jackie brings energy, empathy, and real-life experience to every class she leads. As a CrossFit coach and new mom to baby Theo, she understands firsthand the journey of rebuilding strength, confidence, and identity after pregnancy.

With a passion for functional fitness and movement that translates to everyday life, Jackie creates a supportive and welcoming environment where moms can train safely, move with purpose, and feel like themselves again.

Her coaching style focuses on:

  • Postpartum-aware training (core & pelvic floor conscious)
  • Scalable workouts for all fitness levels
  • Encouragement, patience, and real connection
  • Building strength — physically and mentally

Is this safe for me?

Absolutely. Every workout is designed with postpartum bodies in mind, with scaling options and coaching support every step of the way.

What if my baby cries?

Then your baby cries and that’s okay. This is a space where babies are welcome, supported, and understood. No stress, no pressure.

Am I too out of shape?

There’s no such thing. This is where you start. Every rep, every class, every small win builds you back stronger.

Do I need doctor’s clearance?

If you’ve been cleared for activity, you’re good to go. If you’re unsure, we’ll guide you on how to ease in safely.

Will I feel judged?

Not here. This is a room full of moms who get it supportive, encouraging, and all on their own journey back.
