If you already have CrossFit experience, you’re welcome to jump straight into one of our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes at CrossFit Colosseum. There’s no risk and no obligation—just show up, train, and take the first step toward reaching your fitness goals.

If you’re new to CrossFit or strength training, we’ll start you in one of our Baseline classes, where you’ll learn proper movement mechanics, scaling options, and gym flow in a supportive, coach-led environment. This ensures you train safely, confidently, and effectively from day one.
