How were you introduced to CrossFit & How long have you been doing CrossFit? 

A friend recommended to watch the Fittest on Earth documentary back in 2018, after that I got hooked! I’ve been doing crossfit on and off since then.

What made you decide to join our Gym? 

I really enjoyed the free trail session, everyone was so lovely and kind, that’s the most important aspect of a gym (a hospitable environment). 

Favourite Lifts/ WODs? Why?

Squats are my favourite lift. Any WODs with a run 🏃🏻‍♀️. Who doesn’t love a high heart rate?

3 Things you would find in my fridge? 
Berries, cheese, left over rice (always cook too much).

 
What is your guilty pleasure

Obsessed with those Dubai chocolate strawberry cups!!

Proudest Accomplishments?

Ran a marathon and a triathlon. 

Something people wouldn’t know about me?

I actually lived in Australia before I moved to Canada. 

What music I like listening to while working out?

UK garage house music

CFC is still OPEN, but showers, washrooms, and water fountains are temporarily out of service.
