Rebekah began her fitness journey when she was 18, teaching herself to swim so she could qualify for a lifeguarding job. She knows what it feels like to “come from behind” and brings to her classes a fierce commitment to helping people reach their full potential – especially in the midst of set-backs. She comes to us with over 15 years fitness training experience (kickboxing, dance, group fitness and personal training) which has led her to a deep understanding of the unparalleled advantages of CrossFit. She will celebrate your victories and remind you that you can make gains despite the obstacles you are facing.
Outside of the gym, Rebekah loves working with older people, drinking a perfect IPA and attempting to script better communications than AI.
