eXert Nutrition is a new energy bar infiltrating the GTA CrossFit community, created by our very own Colosseum athlete – Matt Provost. Matt and his brother Dave developed this energy bar to provide YOU with the energy to reach your Peak Performance with a keen focus on low-inflammatory ingredients for optimal comfort and output.
They developed their products as a result of Matt’s intolerances to gluten, whey (dairy), soy and oats. They struggled to find a product that met his dietary needs, and a product that had a great flavour profile with the right macros. eXert bars are gluten-free, whey-free, soy-free, oat-free – but FULL of flavour. Current flavours are Maple Walnut and Chocolate Peanut.
